The site is located at the intersection of streets: Šv. Dvasios g., A. Strazdelio g., Subačiaus g. and Bokšto g. in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The main philosophy of the project was to design a building that is a direct continuation of the urban movement of the Old Town. The main facade of the building echoes a compositionally important element of the urban plan an old brick wall where the exit from the city used to be located.
Thanks to the use of similar bricks and anelongated, almost blank facade from the street, the designed building fits neatly into the urbanism of the Old Town.
